Experience

I’ve experienced working in a wide range of places and sectors and I draw on this variety to tailor my practice to best suit whoever I’m working with. Every person is an individual and I learn from each client I work with.

Before moving into mental health and wellbeing, I had a successful career in corporate technology businesses across Europe and North America. I also experienced teaching English abroad and volunteering on organic farms.

I volunteered with Aware, the mental health charity, for over two years throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

My meditation practice led me to spend time in Asia where I explored a range of meditation, yoga, and holistic therapies.

A common theme I find is the stress of the modern world that presses us into feeling like we’re barely keeping our heads above water. In this frazzled state, we are so focused on struggling through the grind that we miss many of the best moments as life passes by.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

I’m committed to supporting you to find your inner balance and grow in ways that best serve you and those around you. By learning to ground yourself in the present, reconnecting with your natural authentic self, and initiating meaningful changes, you can empower yourself with the know-how for a more fulfilling life.
